Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.
Reservations & Payment
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
Full payment is due upon check-in.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
No-show and cancellation fees apply: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your check-in date, a fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged.

Pets
Maple Sky Inn is a pet-friendly hotel! We welcome small pets (under 25 pounds) with an additional cleaning fee of $30 per night.
Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas and are not allowed in dining areas.

Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in guest rooms or indoor spaces.
Quiet Hours
To ensure all guests have a restful experience, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during these times.
Damages & Property
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the room or hotel property during their stay.
A damage deposit may be required at check-in for incidentals. This will be refunded upon check-out after an inspection of the room.
Airport Shuttle Service
Complimentary Shuttle: Available 24/7 to Toronto Pearson International Airport.
Shuttle service runs every 30 minutes; reservations are not required, but can be made at the front desk.
Please note that during peak travel times, wait times for the shuttle may be longer.
