The Alpha Light Fork uses a durable hard-anodized aircraft grade aluminum combined with a sleek yet strong shape to create an extremely lightweight utensil. The hard anodizing forms a kind of “exoskeleton” allowing the pieces to be slim and light. This hardened shell also encapsulates the aluminum, so there’s no risk of alloy leaching into food.
