New to the windsurfing? Looking to travel with your board? Need an extra board at the lake? The ZRAY Windsurfer is the result of years of innovation; a durable, functional windsurf board that can be easily folded and packed with minimal effort for transport. It is made with the same high quality construction process that you would expect; a stiff 6″ drop stitch core, thermal bonded inner & outer rails, reinforced PVC and our unique thick “crocodile skin” EVA deck pad to keep your feet comfortable all day long. The board measures 10′ 6″ long by 30″ wide providing a balance between stability and maneuverability. It comes with two removeable center fins: one at the rear (skeg) for tracking and one in the middle (daggerboard) to improve your control when you are up. Included with the board is the sail and the rig. The mast measures 118″, the boom comes in at 54″ and like the board, the sail can easily be folded down and packed. However, when it’s assembled and connected via the board’s universal joint, the sail is as rigid as they come. We manufacture everything in-house at our factory, allowing us to maintain a strict level of quality control over the final product. Each ZRAY product is inflated for 24 hours before it is packaged and shipped; our boards, docks, and kayaks have a less than 1% defective rate.

We continually strive to improve our boards; to reduce their weight, improve safety and durability, increase rigidity, and create cool graphics and designs.
Additionally, ZRAY produces the most durable inflatable kayaks and air docks available on the market. The technology behind these products is the same as our boards – providing complete peace of mind while on the water. And speaking of peace of mind, all our boards, windsurfers, and kayaks can be fitted with a water thruster called the ‘AquaJet.’ It is a battery-powered motor for our products!
