Much like the previous SLR Pro Carbon blocker, the new SLR2 Pro Carbon features a full binding less design for maximum edge to edge blocking surface. The face of the blocker includes an additional carbon fiber insert on the face for extra strength.Vaughn has also laced down the face of the blocker to offer better consistency when directing the blocker, the inside side protector has also been improved to offer a much larger opening for better stick control and better comfort. The side shield includes an added thumb cushion to make sure that it&’;s always squared off to the front section of the blocker.
