First turn the handlebars until the fork faces forward, then holding the front wheel inline with the back wheel, turn the handlebars until they are at a right-angle. At this point your bike should look like it does on MEC.ca. Now you need to tighten everything down, start with the 2 stem bolts. After that, adjust the handlebars to match your rider’s natural grip height, tighten the 4 bolts on the front faceplate. With those 3 quick steps done, your little rider is ready to roll!
